Vehicle Qualifying Criteria
Available for vehicles 8 years and under that have travelled less than 120,000kms at date of warranty purchase

Accommodation
Reimbursement up to $150 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for accommodation paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Vehicle is immobilised for more than 1 day and the failure occurs more than 100 kilometres from your usual place of residence.
Car Hire
Reimbursement up to $100 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for car hire paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Vehicle is immobilised for more than 2 days. Please note: This coverage includes commercial car hire only and, will require a valid tax invoice from the car hire company. This coverage also does not include other modes of transport such as Taxi’s, Uber, Train, other forms of public transport.
Consquential Damage
If another Listed Component suffers a Failure as a consequence of the Original Failure we will approve up to the claim limit listed below.
EGR/DPF Regeneration
If an EGR/DPF regeneration is required, we will approve up to the claim limit below.
Accommodation Up to $500 per claim

All repairs to Listed Components by us will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the Warranty Term.

Transferring upon sale
If you sell the vessel you can apply to transfer this Warranty to a new owner, provided the transfer occurs within 7 days of the date of sale or transfer of ownership of the vessel. It is important to follow these steps to successfully transfer the Warranty
Cooling off period
30 days
You have the comfort of knowing that if you change your mind, you can cancel your product within the first 30 days and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
After 30 days
If you cancel your Warranty after 30 days of the Purchase Date but before the commencement date listed on your Schedule and have had no benefits paid out, you will receive a full refund of the premium paid.
If you cancel your Warranty after 30 days of the Purchase Date and after the commencement date listed on your Schedule you will receive a pro-rata refund based on the number of full unexpired days of cover remaining, less the cost of any accepted claim and an administration fee of $62.50.

The Roadside Assistance cover offers a comprehensive 24 hour / 7 days a week Roadside Assistance program.
With a nationwide network of roadside assistance service providers no matter where you are in Australia a rescue vehicle can be promptly dispatched to assist.

4 Flat Battery/Jumpstarts
Vehicle jumpstarts, battery tested on site, alternator & electrical system test plus condition checks of battery clamps and fittings.

Battery Replacement
If the battery requires replacement, free delivery of new battery service is available. Cost of Battery is at the driver / memberʼs expense payable at the time of service.

Metropolitan Towing
Our roadside assistance tow truck services are ready to take your vehicle to the nearest repairer or place of safety. Additional distances and/or destinations can be arranged and quoted upon request.

Country Towing
Our roadside assistance tow truck services are ready to take your vehicle to the nearest repairer or place of safety. Additional distances and/or destinations can be arranged and quoted upon request.

Country Towing
Tyre changes will be carried out providing that the member has a roadworthy spare tyre to fit to the vehicle. Assistance will not be provided for damaged wheels, fitting of a tyre to a rim or if a roadworthy spare is not available.

Emergency Fuel
The roadside assistance agents can carry up to 10L or 50km worth of emergency fuel (unleaded petrol or diesel) and will be supplied at driverʼs expense.

To maintain your Warranty, you are required to service your Vehicle in accordance with the Vehicle Manufacturer’s directions and recommendations.
All services and maintenance must be carried out by a licensed mechanical workshop.
The cost of the service is your responsibility and not payable by this Warranty.
Please keep a record of your Vehicle’s service history by means of the Service Invoice. Ensure it shows the date and odometer reading for each time your Vehicle is serviced. Integrity will require proof of Vehicle Service Invoice and maintenance history if you claim under this Warranty.
If you exceed the service requirement intervals by more than 30 days or 1,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, your Warranty becomes inactive, and it may affect your entitlement to make a claim under this Warranty.
